The introduction only seven days ago of Palantir's pattern recognition AI into Ukraine's drones has increased the rate at which they reach targets (in an EW signal jamming environment) from 50% to 80% because severing the link between operator and drone suddenly makes no difference. That's why there's another scramble to invest, but beware US withholding tax on dividends to non-citizens.
